This beautiful Grade II listed farmhouse was to benefit from an all glass link to the outbuilding which had been converted into two further bedrooms.

As with many of the projects we work on where listed building consent is required, the planners are very strict indeed when it comes to making sure as much as possible of the property remains visible, and that should future owners wish to remove the structure, it can be done with minimal evidence of the structure remaining.
